Lyssa Brooks is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) providing compassionate, individualized mental health care for children, adolescents, and young adults. She is dedicated to helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lyssa worked in public safety and emergency management while earning her psychology degree. She later transitioned into nursing, gaining experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, and behavioral health.

Lyssa specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and perinatal/postpartum mood/anxiety disorders.
She strives to meet patients where they are— working together to find the best path forward. Lyssa believes in empowering patients through education, helping them understand their conditions and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. Patients often describe her as approachable, thorough, and genuinely invested in their progress.

Outside of work, Lyssa enjoys hiking, camping, reading in a hammock on breezy days, and spending time with her husband, two dogs, friends, and family.

Tiffany Washington is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care to adults ages 18 to 65 via tele-health and in-person. With more than nine years of combined experience in psychiatry, primary care, and urgent care, she helps patients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders using a balanced, evidence-based approach.

Tiffany’s style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques into medication management to help patients reduce stress, reframe negative thought patterns, and build emotional resilience. Her clinical philosophy is rooted in trauma-informed care—a focus that began with her award-winning Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) project and continues to guide her work today.

Tiffany is passionate about helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful progress in their mental health journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling—especially cruises—trying new restaurants, spending time with her French Bulldog, Bentley, and dancing as a form of self-care.
